Jay did an amazing job. I called him in panic mode because there was a snake in my attic. He was very professional and responsive. He gave me a few options over the phone before coming.
From the time I called until the time he arrived was no more than 30 minutes. I hope to no see another snake. In the event I do, I would definitely give Magnolia Wildlife a call.
Jay and his crew did a fantastic job helping us out! We thought we had an active mouse/rat issue, but they discovered it was actually squirrels. They were able to get them out of the house and get the entry points to our house totally sealed off. We had another company that had done some “exclusion work,” but it wasn’t very extensive. The work Jay did is very thorough, and we haven’t had any issues since. He is always very quick to reply and to come back out to ensure the problem is taken care of. I would highly recommend them for your wildlife issues!
I was referred to Jay Lanham to catch an animal causing damage to my home, he’s very professional and experienced with cases such as this which lead us to trap the animal within a few days. If for any reason I have an issue like this again, I’ll use his services. 10/10.
Jay responded promptly when I phoned him about a problem (little intruder in the attic). His employee Kyle came to my house and assessed the problem and explained everything to me. I found the work to be done very well, and both Jay and Kyle were so kind and professional. I definitely recommend Magnolia Wildlife Solutions.
