Rex was very impressive. He explained everything he was doing and pointed out a potential problem that we needed to fix. He did a very thorough job and you could tell he knew his job well. Very refreshing!
Hired Mantis late in the year however they were great explaining the process in setting up a plan that was specific to my needs and took time to answer all of my questions. Rex came out on the start up visit and was extremely knowledgeable in the field. His customer service and professionalism was outstanding. He targeted our concerns, insured that my family and pets were safe from treatment and scheduled our next visit. Highly recommended.

My wife and I bought this house 4 years ago and have gone through a few pest control companies. Then, we found Mantis! Jesse has always been very responsive to my concerns and takin care of them accordingly. Every other company we’ve used, at best sends a text telling you a window that they will be there in. In doing so, most of the time the interior of your home isn’t treat. Jesse always reaches out to let me know when he’ll be here so as can be sure to let him inside. Today I asked him m about under our deck and he actually fired up a backpack that sounded like a lawn mower and sprayed under the deck as well. I have nothing but praise for Mantis overall and Jesse in particular. I would highly recommend Mantis 100% of the time! My wife and my 7 year old daughter truly appreciate the dedication of Mantis and Jesse! Great Company!!!!!
