Jake, the pest control service technician is extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions in detail. He did a fantastic job inside and out! I highly recommend Mantis as I’ve been through a few other companies in the past. I’ve now been using Mantis for over a year now and I have zero complaints. Communication for scheduling is also great!
Every tech that has came out to our house has been amazing. Called their customer service a few times for changing appointment dates. They answer and accommodate! I’ve never had to call for them to re-spray because we have not had any issue since we started with them. We have the yard and house service. Won’t disappoint if you go with them. Not just for being a good preventative pest company but their staff too! 100% top notch

The website is easy to navigate, the customer care over the phone is phenomenal and the service tech (Scott) went absolutely above and beyond. Within one phone call they provided service within three hours and the preventative measures by Mantis are unparalleled compared to other like companies.
This was our first service and Jason McNamee was our technician. He explained the service and the materials used as well as the expectations. He treated both the interior and exterior of our home as well as our large yard. He was efficient and informative and polite.
