Michael was our exterminator. He was extremely knowledgeable about the problem areas our house had. He showed up on time every visit, gave us a detailed description of the services he provided and was professional and friendly as well. We recommend him highly to handle any problems with pests.
I wish I could remember the name of the technician. He went above and beyond. I called for an inspection of our living room fireplace after having multiple wasps come into the house. Upon visual inspection, there was no sign of a nest. The best guess was that the wasps were coming down the chimney to get out of the cold and coming through the large openings around our damper which would not close properly. The technician took the time to clear out the copious amount of debris that was preventing the damper from closing (it was gross!). He then closed up the damper and cleaned up the fireplace – and CHARGED NOTHING! There have been no more wasps in out living room. I was so blessed by this dear man and will definitely call Superior for any future extermination needs.
Worked with Brent recently and had him come out to my house to inspect some bugs. The company also performed termite services years back. I trust them and would use them again!
