I have been a customer of Massey service pest control, for 25 years at my home in Tallahassee and The Villages Florida.
The services have included Inside and Outside Pest Control, lawn, mosquito service, and termite.
John, is in charge of inside and outside pest control and also spraying for mosquitoes. John displays superb professionalism, politeness, communication skills. He always strives to complete his job meticulously and thoroughly.
John is to be commended by senior management for his excellence in performing a job well done!
Al White is a consummate professional. He knows what he is doing and never quits until he gets the job done. He even came to my house at the end of the work day on a Friday and IT WAS HIS BIRTHDAY! Now that is commitment, dedication, and loyalty. I truly appreciate him as well as his character and work ethic. He’s the best!
Been using Massey for over a year now…STILL have weeds that don’t get sprayed/killed. Called to have someone come spray and they said someone would be here next. That was 7 days ago. I called back…still nothing.
