I love supporting local businesses, and McCarthy is awesome. Their office admin is awesome with communicating and scheduling, and the techs that come to our house are amazingly friendly and helpful. Always great to chat with Adam and Chris when they swing by for our annual indoor treatments.
Oh, and my wife loves that we basically see no spiders in the house year around. 5/5!
We received service from a technician named Brian in November after we bought our home, helped us with an over saturation of lady bugs getting into the house. I haven’t seen any since. Very respectful as well.
Had a great experience with McCarthy. Jeff came after we heard some noises in our ceiling one evening. He did a thorough inspection and showed us an area we needed to fix. He gave us tips and educated us on what we could do around our property to limit any future problems. He was honest and didn’t try to “sell” us anything unnecessary. Will definitely use if needed in the future!
Love this company! Customer service over the phone is amazing and kind. the techs that come out are super helpful and informative. They work with you on what you need and don’t try to upsell you on anything. I feel safe and comfortable to let them in our home and the sprays they are using are animal friendly which is important with a household of 3 dogs!
