We are so pleased this the service we received. Brandt was able to answer our questions and didn’t make us feel judged in any way. Our tech was Anders and he was great! He was very thorough and confident in his work. He was professional and also kept me updated throughout the day. I can’t explain the peace I got from getting this service done to our home. A very stressful time finding the bedbugs. Read their reviews and gave them a call. Parker called me back almost immediately and got me scheduled. Parker was absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough GREAT! Things about my experience with this company. It REALLY is a one and done kind of thing. I can’t imagine trying to take care of this problem any other way. It was easy and a much better fix then using chemicals. He was on time and very trustworthy. He did an excellent job. I recommend this company and process 1000%.
Our renters got bedbugs and our local exterminator (Keokuk, Iowa) wasn’t available. He strongly suggested we contact Midwest Bed Bug services and we’re glad we did! They gave us all the information we needed, came quickly, and communicated clearly. We were glad to be able to kill all the bedbugs without using pesticides, as well, as the other renter in the building is allergic to them. Hopefully we will never need to call them again, but if we have a need, they are who we will call!
