I contacted Modern around 9:00 am hoping to get someone out to treat my ant problem soon. Modern arranged for a technician to contact me. Jason said that he would arrive between 1:00 & 1:30 that same day. He arrived at my home around 1:06 pm. He was very thorough in explaining what he was doing and what we should expect as a result of his work. He was very nice and professional.
Dan, the technician who responded to our concern about rats in the basement, really likes his job! He made a very thorough inspection looking everywhere and found a surprising number of places rats could get into the house and where some clearly are getting in. I am confident his proposal for excluding and trapping the rats and for preventing a new rat population will work. He also did an excellent job of explaining his recommendations.
Josh my technician was very friendly. He was also on time and even called me to give me his ETA. Very professional and I appreciate his time. Enjoyed the service call.
Dan was very thorough in evaluating our property for wasps and similar insects during the warmer months. I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me. He did a great job and I highly recommend!
