We are very pleased with the service we’ve received from Mosquito Joe. Our technician reliably notified us of their arrival and did a thorough job treating our yard.
After trying 3 different company’s Mosquito Joe is truly the best! The office staff they have are amazing at what they do. They explained each service they have to offer and were able to get me on the schedule within 2 days of signing up!! I love how easy it is to sign up with these guys just give them your card number and they take care of the rest. I have 5 children and I am always on the go,the last thing I want to worry about is scheduling something else! When the technician came out was extremely professional from start to finish! The fact they are pet friendly is even better. All I can say is way to go guys.
I have my yard sprayed every 21 days and Christoffer did a great job! I shouldn’t have any insects for a while, he was also very professional and proficient, Hope he sticks around.
It’s been good but not perfect! I may request one additional treatment before my next because I have gotten a more than a few bites outside after the last spray, even with bug repellents on. Hunter was great, though!
My wife called to start a new service with mosquito Joe of louisville. The first time to our home the service tech knocked a plant off the porch table and broke the pot, kicked 2 solor lights out of the flower beds and somehow managed to snag and break our flag pole off the house leaving our nation’s flag on the ground, 2 days later I noticed he sprayed the chemicals all over one side of my harley davidson… to say I was pissed off was an under statement. My wife called to express our issues and never received a call back until 2 weeks later when they called to schedule our next appointment. My wife told them everything and informed them we no longer wanted they’re services. They begged her to remain a customer and said the manager would give her a call to help resolve all the issues. Needles to say that call never came. As a small business owner myself I understand things happen, but the lack of care and responsibility to a customer is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.
EDIT: in response to Mosquito Joe’s response to my review it is important to note that my wife’s name is Sarah and she has not changed her last name yet. And I’m not interested in calling to talk because nobody at your business cares to return a customers call. And I’m super surprised none of your techs admitted to this. It’s almost like someone’s lying to not get in trouble, who would have thought! I guess the ring camera footage is lying too…
