Overall it’s been a pretty solid service for me for the past couple of years. Communications can be challenging at times, and I had one regular service that due to a gate misunderstanding over half my house wasn’t treated but I was still charged a full amount and couldn’t seem to get it resolved when calling in, however every other time has been just fine and even when I’ve needed an extra call out, they were pretty prompt in doing so. William was my most recent technician and he was incredible polite and personable and did great.
I just recently switched over to Moxie from my previous pest control company that I was with for years. Had my first service today and was highly impressed. Tim was great. He was very informative, friendly and professional. He introduced himself at the door upon arrival, asked me about any current issues that they could help with then told me what all he planned to do on his visit. When he finished he let me know when he was done, recapped everything he did and was again very knowledgeable. So far, highly impressed with this company and happy with the switch.
Charles and Brendan provided excellent service today! Both are very competent, knowledgeable about their bugs and happy to explain all the particulars! All with genuinely happy attitudes. They did a super job! Thank you, Charles and Brendan. We look forward to seeing you next treatment!
