I changed my review from 5 stars to 2, we have used Wheeldon for two years and have been nothing but pleased with the service and communication. Since OPC took over, the communication is atrocious and the answering service is a joke, half the time I don’t get a return call. I am so disappointed, not with the employees, but, this new company.
I was using a big chain pest control at first, and was not only overpaying, but not satisfied. I was recommended The Wheeldon Company, and have had them for close to a year now without a single complaint to make! The office staff is very friendly, they always answer, and come treat any issues that may pop up quickly, and effectively! I wouldn’t think of switching.
We have been using Wheeldon for years and love them! I have called and needed them for immediate problems and they always come and take care of the problem very quickly. We have them come monthly and the service is wonderful. Greg has been great to communicate with and always does a thorough job!
