These guys literally forged my signature. I don’t believe I’ve ever been involved with a company that had the audacity to forge my signature then have the nerve to send me a copy. Tons of evidence to support. 1 never received an ensign from them to the email they obviously have on file 2.. they never seen me in person because I live states away from the rental property they serviced.. 3 the signature wasn’t even a scribble they legitimately tried to sign something but nowhere close to my name or signature… the dates on the contract don’t match when we spoke / when I called in. They match the first date of service which I only spoke to the tech through text message. The only reason we have an issue now is because the tech claimed to have performed a service that all the tenants say he didn’t perform. Then he changed it to he performed an outside service however all the tenants said they were home and he never even knocked and at the time they all had ring door bell cameras. Ridiculous. Waiting for them to try to charge me to I have damages on file and can sue. Crazy.
Paige is wonderful. She does a thorough job and is so nice. She’s wonderful with my dog. I had other companies before that make you feel bad that you own a dog. Paige goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Paige with Orkin.
