Good service. Nice representative. Knowledgeable and informative. Annual service fee is way too expensive. Person spent 30 minutes at our home and we were charged $250.
Michael is the best! Knowledgeable about what I need, and went out of his way to take care of 2 other issues not related to his monthly visits. I have used many other pest companies and Orkin has been the best in delivering what needs to be done both inside and out.
didn’t catch the technicians name, but if i could give him 100 stars i would. within an hour (2 hours absolutely tops) they had a tech at my door ! the tech they sent was incredibly helpful. he explained the life cycle, what types of baits/ traps he was setting, and what i could personally do to improve our problem. he pulled out all of my appliances and even got to hard to reach areas in my tiny kitchen. i super appreciate that he took consideration for my cats, setting the traps out of my kitties reach. couldn’t be more thankful !!!
We are on the road traveling and Jonathan said he would use his best judgment in regards to spraying our home. We thought there would be too much snow still. But I guess he thought it was doable. Thank you.
