I started seeing a lot of flies in my home. The worker was so nice and looked at my home thoroughly. He assured me if I had any more issues to contact Orkin.
Doug was extremely professional, nice, thorough and made me feel very comfortable and confident in his ability. I would definitely recommend him to everyone I know. It ended up being a false alarm and he didn’t make me feel stupid for having it checked out. The lady who scheduled the appointment was extremely helpful and nice as well.
Showed up on time! Offered to help put my cat in his carrier and was so kind. Forgot to ask for my exterminators name but he was the best! Highly recommend.
In general, very responsive and thorough for the 3 years we used the service. I have been an Orkin customer for over 20 years and all across the country. At this location, I had an issue that I escalated to Svc Mgr Donn who I found to be a rude, bitter, and unprofessional individual. We finally connected after back and forth phone tag and during our civil conversation, Donn became frustrated and hung up on me. I immediately called back and spoke with Donn’s supervisor (cannot remember his name) and my situation was amicably resolved. The manager apologized for Donn’s behavior and assured me that he would further discuss with Donn. I do appreciate the apology but, as of this review, Donn never has reached out or attempted to show remorse for his behavior.
The way over heated my house it was a very hot day the exterminator come to me and told me he thought it was getting too hot in there and he might have to shut it down then he looked at his watch and said I got an appointment so I can’t shut it down now
They melted half from my house including my fridge I checked it and it had to get up to at least 210° to do the fridge like it did , it melted the tile,peeled the wallpaper off the wall, melted the tub surround, melted the dish washer, melted toaster, melted can opener and mixer and ruined the kitchen faucet.They did about $20,000 worth of damage
I didn’t have money so I accepted $1,700 and they were supposed to fix the floor. $1700 just bearly covered the fridge.
Not only did they not fix the floor right they did more damage. They put baseboard where it should’ve been quarter round they put quarter round where they should’ve been baseboard. Nothing matched they were gaps everywhere. They also used my saw without permission and missed it up . And they wanted to come back a third time. Not happening!!!
I told them I was going to do it and they was going to pay me. Now they don’t want to pay. As far as I’m concerned and a lawyer I talked to is concerned they voided any contract by not fixing floor
