Our Orkin man was amazing and thorough with asking questions on our pests. He gave me a lot of information and was very easy to understand on what our next steps were. I would highly recommend him on any jobs.

We have been long-standing Orkin customers and since transferring our service to our new house, we’ve had nothing but issues with the service they provide.
We paid for routine pest control and experienced ongoing turnover of techs in the 2 years we’ve been at this house.
In Oct. 2023 we discovered mice & bird nesting in our attic and crawlspace. Orkin was to remove the insulation, replace it, sanitize, etc. The crawlspace vents were to be replaced as this was the entry point for mice. We paid well over $8k for this work.
We continued to have issues with wasps in the house and anytime I asked about it, I was made to seem crazy or like I didn’t know what I was talking about.
Later on we had an additional $2k worth of work done to seal up around the house. Wasps were literally popping up in our living room every day. This work was to seal up the attic & garage.
Fast forward, for months I kept mentioning that I was hearing something in our attic or walls. Multiple inspectors came out, one of which literally barely stuck his head in the attic, flashed a light around and came right on down. Another person came out and told me it was the previous inspector’s 1st time. Some mice activity was discovered but he assured me they wouldn’t nest in the new insulation. He didn’t look in the crawlspace and acted bothered by me asking about the crawlspace.
Kept hearing noises and Orkin techs just kept playing in my face like I was delusional.
Fast forward, January 2025 & I finally get fed up with Orkin. I asked to speak w/ a manager and was transferred to a John, I believe his name was. He sent a “termite guy” out to do an inspection.
The “termite guy” inspected the crawlspace and confirmed that 1 of the vents…the ones that were all supposed to be replaced in 2023…was busted through! It was clear that something was getting into our crawlspace and walls this whole time. He took a video and explained that it needed to be replaced asap, cleaned up & sanitized…all under warranty and at no cost to us.
The tech was supposed to show the footage and give a report to his manager so someone could schedule the service. That was Feb. 17th. Every time I call, Bridgett tells me that someone is unavailable and someone will call me tomorrow. We’ve been patient, we’ve been extremely calm & respectful towards Orkin…all while being disrespected by Orkin!!!
My husband called around 2/27 and spoke with the manager. The manager said he’d be sending somebody out “next week” (3/3-3/7) but couldn’t give us a time/day. “you don’t have to be home since we’re just accessing the crawlspace,” is what he said.
Did they come? No. Did anyone call? No.
Terrible customer service from this location and it has turned us off from Orkin for good!
Orkin came the next day after I phoned. My daughter was at the house. She said tech was very nice and explained all he did to our home, Treated inside and out. Very thankful for quick, reliable service.
Ben was amazing, kind, and on time. He explained exactly step by step how it all works. He made sure next steps were clearly explained. Very impressed so far.
