We have been with orkin for quite a few months now and have never had any negative interactions. Normally however, they’d come in, we’d exchange VERY little small talk, they do their thing and leave for us to come back a few hours later. (No issue with that) today however was very different. Our service was provided by a gentleman named Anthony and all I can say is compared to the other workers he is the reason I am leaving such a great review. Anthony came in, actually asked questions, chatted with us and answered our questions as well as gave more detailed information of the process. With him it didn’t feel like a get in and get out ordeal. It felt genuine and like we were fully thought about and taken care of. This is not disrespect to any of the other workers, they are just as great and did wonderful jobs..Anthony just managed to take it to the next level and give us a fuller service that we hadn’t received before. And of course we just wanted to express our gratitude with this most recent service he provided. Thank you Anthony and thank you Orkin! Because of you our fleas have been no more!
