I normally don’t do reviews but when I needed an emergency service done for my house, they wouldn’t even show up. I called twice about it and they assured someone would come out but 4 hours later still nobody came. If you have a problem and it’s urgent I would STRONGLY suggest taking your business somewhere else where they at least show up to get the problem resolved or even identified.
Representative very kind and polite.Listened to my needs and concerns. He was very understanding when I requested to perform outside only today due to a health issue with my sister. She lives in our basement and must stay away from toxic chemicals due to she is on chemotherapy.
Professional, prompt, efficient service. Both sales agent and technician were friendly and thorough. Only time will tell if treatment works to eliminate my problem.
Found a Wasps Nest at front door on a Sunday and was able to call and talk to a human almost immediately and get a service done the next morning. They also addressed the whole house for any pest problems and provided options for ongoing treatment. Very thorough and communicative!
Very poorly managed. Call for a mouse problem, technician came out spoke to my wife while I was at work. Technician said we had a “small disaster” due to the mice. Signed us up for a $7100 bill that was said to cover mice problems for 5 years with monthly visits. 2 years go by, we have technicians at our door asking for money. I called the manager because we should be good for another 3 years, they state that I was signed up for termites, not rodents!!!! And if we wanted to keep the rodent plan, then we’d have to pay another $2400. Nobody called or said anything about termites. Absolutely insane. 1st review I’ve ever written but I knew I had to warn others to not deal with this company.
