The techs did a good job for basic spraying. However the sales people will overcharge you for any other services. Additionally when their previous service left a 2 inch hole in the crawl vent and you get mice coming in it. They won’t own up to it and offer to fix it for free unless you crawl under the house first to show them. Lastly what they say they’ll do and the instructions/equipment they give their staff to do the job are unlikely to match up.
Today, Andrew and Ricky came out to inspect my home. Although they found what I was dreading, the overall experience was great. They notified me well in advance of their arrival time. They did a thorough inspection of my house, inside and out. Both were very personable, full of knowledge, and explained every step of the process. Thanks to Andrew and Ricky, I’m very comfortable moving forward with treatment.

Very poorly managed. Call for a mouse problem, technician came out spoke to my wife while I was at work. Technician said we had a “small disaster” due to the mice. Signed us up for a $7100 bill that was said to cover mice problems for 5 years with monthly visits. 2 years go by, we have technicians at our door asking for money. I called the manager because we should be good for another 3 years, they state that I was signed up for termites, not rodents!!!! And if we wanted to keep the rodent plan, then we’d have to pay another $2400. Nobody called or said anything about termites. Absolutely insane. 1st review I’ve ever written but I knew I had to warn others to not deal with this company.
Accidentally posted on the wrong location earlier, got a reply from the “Orkin Owner” called the number that was listed and they forwarded me to the same people that put us in the situation. The reply from them is just to save face. I would recommend going with another pest control service.
I didn’t personally interact with the tech, but those that did in the household had nothing but praise, the most critical of the bunch saying she was the best one we’ve had out here yet, she said she was very great job and was enthusiastic to do the job.
