We have been with Orkin since 2016. I love our service tech. We are moving soon, so I cancelled our service. I got an email from our tech wishing us luck and to let him know when we got where we were going, he would be happy to set up our new service. However from the office staff I got this..

no “thanks for being a longtime customer” no let us know of we can help you set up new service” what an opportunity to keep a longtime customer, but nope .. I wont be back… I emailed their corporate offices, we shall see if I get a response..
I called on Tuesday, and I had sevice completed on Friday. Their scheduling service was efficent and they were able to complete the treatment quickly in the peak of ant season. Ben was here to do the work, he was friendly and professional. I really appreciate his level of professionalism and service. Highly recommended.

Great company. Excellent service. They come every 3-4 months for maintenance. We can and do call for issues that come up in between for no charge. Courteous employees. We had another company who when called about nice literally left us mouse traps in porch. Cancelled them, called orkin and they came and found the entrance points and closed them. We have been customers happy customers ever since then.
Orkin field service techs are good. Trying to reach someone by phone is near impossible. Their auto-scheduling and texting program is horrible.
