Our technician arrived today and was very nice and down to Earth! He was very informative and knowledgeable and gave us a peace a mind on his visit today! If you haven’t yet, make your appointment today! You will be happy you did!
So far, my first visit was excellent. Eric came out and checked around the inside and outside of the home for any entry points and gave me advice on what I should do in the future to help solve my issue. He explained how the next visits would work and about pertinent policies. As of now, I’m very happy with Orkin.
I contacted the company to cancel my account, and they informed me it would take some time. I told the representative that I would simply did not have much time and I would block them on my card. However, they continued coming to my house to provide services I no longer wanted and then charged me for them so I had to pay an outstanding account balance. In the end, I was forced to pay for services I neither requested nor agreed to. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, and I strongly do not recommend this company.
Nico is always so very kind. And when he can’t make it, whoever comes out to spray are very professional. They listen to me as I explain my needs and they so their very best to help.
