Tom is the owner and he does not represent what American business stand for. I called him after I found him on Google for a wasp nest near roof. Had a nice conversation and Tom explained what he would do for his price. After spraying he said he could not reach it and said he would send someone to get it down. Noone show up, then a month later sent a bill. I called back to say job was not completed. The nest was still there. He said he only killed the bees. To get it down he needed more money! I explained what he had originally told me what would be done for the price quoted. Then he came back and did a very bad job to knock the nest down. Dead bees and wasp nest parts were all over the driveway. When he came back to collect payment, as soon as he got payment he started cursing and saying he didn’t need customers like me.. because I delayed his payment. He doesn’t realize that we, the people are his future customers!
I would not recommend Patriot Pest.
