Very dissatisfied. Watched the Pest Now representative grab whatever tool they use to clear webbing and debris. I watched him do the front porch. Saw him walk around to the side of the house. Figured he would do the back. Checked the back after he left, he did not do the back. Still webs on the windows. Makes me wonder what else was NOT done. Highly disappointed.
Great pest control. They have been a part of our family since 2015. An annual contract would they come out and spray a recorder and also if necessary for more spray to come back. Such a good provider. One of the only consistent relationships we’ve had with quality for over 10 years here.
Great company! Honest and upfront. Jonathan came out and did follow inspection after our move into our new house due to us seeing carpenter ants inside. After inspecting around the house and underside even let me know we had a leak and standing water. He didn’t find any active colonies under house so most likely they where looking for a new home and suggested we treat as a precaution and we agreed. Austin came out a few days later and did the treatment along with giving Great tips on how to keep ants and other insects away from our house. Austin was upfront that it can take a couple weeks for the treatments to get back to the colonies of ants. So we decided to sign up for their quarterly treatment. The piece of mind is well worth the cost.
Been using PestNow for several years and continue to be pleased with their responsive and local personalized service as compared to national chains. Recently for example I noticed a large bee’s nest high up in our eaves/roofline and they can handle stuff like this and came out in between scheduled services to take care of it.
Also, you may not know but they also have a lawn service division that can do quarterly treatments and aeration stuff. Give Thomas the Manager a call in their Sterling VA office as he is very customer focused and knowledgeable to discuss any concerns or needs you may have…
