We just started using them with our new home. Our home came with a built in system for pest control. They came out explained things, super friendly and got it done quick. After today they just do from the outside of the house in the hookup that they installed into the walls. We don’t have to be home again until our yearly respray. Customer service is super friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend
They rope you in with the “it comes with the new house”. Then they don’t respond to a cancelation email because “she doesn’t work here any more” charge for an extra 3 months when you have already replaced them. Not the way to do business. We were just going to try another place to see if we liked them. But now its bye for good.
It seems that quality customer service and professionalism are becoming the exception not the rule these days. I am pleased to share that my experience with PestShield has been extremely positive. After calling 6-7 places needing to exterminate some bugs I was left feeling overwhelmed and felt people were just trying to use the scare tactic to get me to sign with them.
The last company I decided to call was Pest Shield. Boy am I glad I did! Matt was phenomenal. Professional, intelligent, normal, straight to the point and honest. I instantly knew I could trust him in my home. He was very knowledgeable on the situation. My husband and I feel relieved. The people he brought with him were very personable also. We highly recommend.
