Outstanding service! Professional, thorough, and genuinely cared about solving the issue. Best pest control experience I’ve ever had—highly recommended!
With a few caveats, I would say our experience was pretty good. We have had a few bat incursions in the last year and decided we needed to get it checked out. I expected them to look in our attic and crawl space, but they didn’t come inside at all, just looked at the three story roofline from the ground and said they could see lots of bat access points and gave us a quote of $11,450 for bat exclusion. OUCH! That seemed like a lot! But one does not want bats getting in, so we went with it.
A crew of 4-5 came and worked for about seven hours total. They were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. A small gripe was that after they left there were some very sharp bits of sheet metal on the yard and driveway and one of our car tires was punctured by a screw that we suspect came from the job.
The one thing I was not prepared for was the intense pressure for payment we got after the job. The invoice arrived in my inbox before the trucks left our driveway. Since part of the job will be completed in the late spring I assumed we would pay half now and half at the time of completion, but the invoice was for the full $12,380…I was told that was in the fine print, so my bad. But only five days (which included a holiday and a weekend!) after the initial invoice, I got a text saying that if I did not pay promptly it would go to a collection agency. Really? It left a bad taste in my mouth and eroded the trust I have in the company.
Let’s hope they are still in business come spring and complete the job as promised…because we clearly have no leverage now do we?

Excellent communication prior to arrival, professional and courteous service, and a thorough recap of services provided by the tech at the end of the appointment. I also appreciated the reiterating of next steps if wasp issue didn’t improve within a week. Highly recommend!
We discovered ants on Sunday, and called Monday morning. The day before Christmas Eve. The Technician was in the area and treated by 9:30 AM. This is our second year on the Plunkett program, and we couldn’t be happier. We have meet several Technicians and all have been wonderful. We highly recommend Plunkett.
