Paul from plunket Pest Control has taken care of my home for many years. He has always graciously understood and addressed my issues. I have a horrible fear of spiders. During a remodel wood was brought in that was infested with daddy long leg nests. My house became infested. I called Paul in a panic, unable to even go in my house again to get anything. He was there promptly. Reassuring me compassionately understanding my anxiety. Without judgment he took care of everything, even going above and beyond what I know is his job. I’m not even sure if I ever said thank you. I have told the story over and over. I live in my house comfortably and without concern because I have Plunket Pest Control taking care of my home.

One of their employees called to discuss my problem
He said he would call me back to set up an appointment when it got drier. After about three weeks I called him back to set up an appointment but I had to leave a message. Again no call back after several days. I would give 0 stars if possible.
