Ben was a really nice guy. I forgot about an issue we were having and I told him about it last minute. He was on it and really knew his stuff. Had a solution immediately and addressed it right then and there. Pointe always does a great job. We haven’t had any significant pest problems in years. Totally worth the money for the service provided and the peace of mind that we aren’t going to see spiders over our heads or mice in the pantry!
Great communication all around! Daniel did a fine job on the sales side and Melissa had an impressive can-do attitude for service. As a DIY for most things, it was difficult to call in the Pros, but I’m looking forward to seeing results in the field mice battle. (Will update over time, but very pleased so far.)
TJ went above and beyond to remove active wasps hives. Also, no ups nor extras, any extra spots I wanted sprayed he did immediately without concern. Great customer service.
