We have a termite contract with this company and found termites in our home two months ago. They came out, inspected and killed the termites and said they would fix the damage allowed in the contract. Here we are two months later with siding pulled off the house wide open to the elements and nothing has been fixed. Our contractor who was onsite when termites were found submitted a bid to fix the damage and they said they would use their contractor. We were told three weeks ago it would be done in the next week and nothing. We have called and called with no one returning messages for this entire time. I actually feel sorry for the office help because they are at the mercy of the owners giving them information to pass on to us. Had they just let our contractor fix it it would have been done two months ago and no further damage done by it being wide open to the elements. As of today once again I am being told the owner is taking care of it! Just for your information I have never done a Google review before but felt the need to inform people of their business practices. POOR SERVICE CONTINUES. Two weeks and 15 inches of rain later on this mess we were told contractor would come last week. Never showed up.
They do a great job and are very caring! I have twin newborns and they called before they came to spray to ensure they were not interrupting nap time. It’s the little things that set them apart! Highly recommend!
Very knowledgeable and friendly folks who listen to your needs and customize their service to accommodate. They did a very thorough look around the house and attic to ensure we got the right treatment and then quickly finished the job. Highly recommend .
