I am giving Reliable Exterminators a 3 star. Yes, our bees are gone after 2 rounds of them spraying but the service was not ideal.
(EDITED TO ADD: they did pay for a company to come out and detail clean the whole area. I do wish the proper procedures were in place beforehand and service would have been better. I do hope for next time this is the case.)
The first service the gentleman did not take proper procedures for an outdoor kitchen and television around a pool. He carelessly sprayed. So, when I called back for them to come a few weeks later to respray for the bees I asked for him to call prior to be sure I was home to note exactly where we needed to spray so I could “supervise”.
I never received a call so assumed they never shower until I walked on my back porch and noticed the mess AGAIN!!
If any of these chemicals are dangerous this could be a problem. Even the power washing company did not want to deal with it.

Reliable (Marcel Brown, technician) communicated easily over email to set up the appointment, came on time, explained everything thoroughly, and was very pleasant to chat with. Will be using them again. Recommend!
Was told the price would be $120 then the lady at the front desk charged me $299 claiming I was told this from the beginning. i was not. I have heard multiple people in town say this company lies about pricing then charges double. The pests came right back anyway cuz they don’t guarantee anytime most places. Don’t give them your money!! You will be charged double and the problem will still be there!
We had an insect infestation in a recently purchased wood hutch. Technician was kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what was expected. We are most grateful for his expertise in resolving a very distressing issue. Due to his report, the retailer has been accommodating in replacing the item. Jim and Sandy Townsend
