This company has poor customer service. I pay monthly but I had requested that I schedule my appointments as I work from home and I have a dog with extreme anxiety. Although this was apparently noted in my account, an appointment was scheduled without my knowledge and a technician showed up at my home without my knowledge or consent. My dog was going crazy with anxiety and I looked and saw someone wandering in my backyard. When I called customer service to get clarification about what was going on and to explain that I had arranged to schedule appointments myself, the person I spoke to was extremely rude and kept telling me they called me two days ago to notify me of the appointment. She then hung up on me and I had to call back. I had never even gotten a message about the service that they scheduled without my knowledge. And the representative was extremely rude.
An excellent job was done, I needed a pest control report for s home loan and Rocket did a great job coordinating with the mortgage company and getting the report directly to them. It was a very professional job and great service.
I just want to let you know that the Quarterly service call that I had yesterday was perfect. Edward, the man that was doing the service was so nice and professional. He came in a clean uniform, And did a very thorough job of spraying inside and out I Highly, highly recommend them!
Anthony did an awesome job, I was so well pleased with the service , I offered to buy him lunch,but due the busy schedule he decline. And Tyler m did and awesome job as well
