Rocket Pest Control came out for their initial service and I can honestly say that the tech that came out, Kevin, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met. He was on time and extremely courteous, not just to myself, but to the rest of my family and my pets.
The pricing is definitely extremely fair for the service! Not only that but they offer a very extensive range of options. Everything from flea and tick prevention and management to weed control, lawn fertilization, and fungus control.
Setting up the service was extremely straightforward and simple and they worked with my schedule no questions asked. I would highly recommend these guys if you’re in need of pest control!!!
I’ve had some ok experiences before with technicians, but today was way above and beyond. Patrick was absolutely great to deal with. Communicated with me the day before and day of when he was going to arrive. Waited until the wife and kids were out of the house to do service. I don’t know what you’re paying him, but to keep guys like him on the team he’s invaluable. 10/10.
Travis was on time, and very friendly and courteous. I showed him some of our problem spots and he went to work, giving special attention to our problem area. He was thorough both inside and out. When he finished he let us know he was finished and would see us in 2 weeks for a follow up. We are very satisfied and are glad we chose Rocket Pest Control. Thank you

I requested Rocket Pest Control to come and service my property for mosquitos. They are really bad in my area. My Tech, Chance, arrived on time. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable of the issues. We walked my property while I discussed my concerns and he gave me tips that may help. Once started, he was in and out. I look forward to enjoying the benefits of their service, which will allow me to spend much more time outdoors this summer.
We’ve been using rocket for about two years and without fail, every technician that comes to the house and every person I speak to on the phone offers exceptional service. They are above & beyond helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and always a pleasure to work with. The techs are always conscientious of being in someone’s home (wearing shoe covers every time without me having to ask) and seem genuinely happy to be there? Every time a tech leaves our house or I hang up the phone, we always comment on how exceptional they are. So, this review is long overdue. You won’t regret going with them!
