What an absolute waste of time. If you have anything more than 1 sentence to say about your issue do not bother with this company. Whats the point of coming out for an estimate if i could have simply told you my sq. Footage after going online and identifying the pest? This guy never took his hand off my front door literally was here for less than 2 minutes maybe less than 1 really. Initially i began letting him know we had had flooding that left us with differing opinions about our mystery pest he says thats too much info. So i named 1 possible culprit his eyes glance around he says no carpet so nope. I said there are large area rugs in every room and a possible damp subfloor that would make my guess a reasonable possibility. Too late he was out the door saying its an issue for another company. As if we had wasted his time!! No sir, you people wasted OUR time. If that was all the info required to say they didnt handle it THEY COULD HAVE EASILY ASKED A COUPLE QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE and figured that out before scheduling a visit. My opinion on what just happened is that we live in a fairly small condo and this guy didnt think he would make enough $$ off of us, period. So beware if dollar signs are they are looking for i can all but assure you they over charge while doing the bare minimum required by law to not get the payment reversed at the bank. Pest issues are personal, and require care and discretion. Often by the time people realize they need a professional- ITS BECAUSE THEY DO. Sadly its the last resort not because of expense, because its embarassing. This paycheck collector is the last person you want to deal with on top of the initial stress of your issue. The only reason im not swearing is so Google doesn’t take my review down. But Forget him and his dismissive self & Forget this company for employing him and sending him to our home.
** they texted me to APOLOGIZE FOR HOW I FEEL. i wasnt aware id shared feelings. I simply described my encounter with their employee. Ill also add after looking around at other reviews, they are known for being smug and over priced. So save your apologies until you can add even a modicum of sincerity….oh then he blocked me from replying after sending such a clear passive aggressive attempt at baiting an irrational response. Nice try.

Very pleased with Rottler from the first phone call taking time to answer all our questions to each visit. Freddie is very thorough at each visit and explains what is being done every time. He is always courteous wearing booties over his shoes in the house (much appreciated) and always upbeat and polite. He cares about his job. Would definitely recommend.

We used Rottler until recently because we moved out of state. In the 2 1/2 years we used them we had zero complaints. Pricing was fair for the level of service, and they always did an excellent job. Special shoutout to Ryan Hart. He was our technician the entire time, and I can’t say enough nice things about him. He exemplifies amazing customer service, and always went above and beyond. From communication, to punctuality, and work ethic, he checks all the boxes and then some. Everyone I ever dealt with over the phone had the same attitude and level of attentiveness to customer service. Says a lot about how this company is run. Excellent job, and if they ever expand to our new location we would choose them in an instant.
