The technician David was very courteous and explained everything that he was going to do today.
The people in the office were friendly and helpful.
I like that they contact you when the tech is on his way and let you know ahead of time the day and time service will be done.

Rumble Pest of Springfield Missouri is incredible. They assisted with every concern that I had immediately and would consistently go above and beyond what is required. Kate is literally one of my favorite people as she is kind, caring, and very professional. I would absolutely recommend their team and services.
Do not use this company! I was told when I signed up that as long as I go at least 6 months or over 219 dollars I can cancel my service without issue. Guess what, not true. I am selling my home and tried to cancel and wa told I have 2 more months left on my CONTRACT!!! I think this is unusual and weird when the salesman and the office have two different stories. They must like. I suggest you get it in writing whatever the salesman tells you. They will lie. Save your money
Very friendly and competent staff who quickly responded and worked to help us deal with a very difficult and stressful time with fleas. Our house has been 100% flea-free since our last treatment in January and we have seen no signs of any returning issues. I cannot recommend their services enough and my family is very grateful for a clean, comfortable house environment.
John Holeman was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job!! He was very skillful and would recommend him for any future job to anyone! He went out of his way to make us happy again as this is not our first time having him help!! He deserves a raise!!
