We’ve been using Senate for several years and have been extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. Our technician, Gabe, is awesome! We always receive a call to let us know when they’ll be coming, he lets us know he’s at the house and ask if there’s anything specific we need him to address, and he leaves a door hanger letting us know he was there (in case we were not at home). Their rates were slightly more than we were paying with Terminix, but we weren’t getting any customer service before. When we decided to switch service providers we wanted to use a local company. Senate has a sales associate that lives in our neighborhood, so giving a neighbor our business felt good. We have not regretted our decision! I recommend Senate to anyone looking for honest, professional, and fairly priced pest control services.
Sam came out to help with a mouse issue, and he was fantastic from start to finish. He thoroughly inspected both the inside and outside of the house, gave me helpful advice, and was incredibly professional and personable throughout the visit. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Great service all around—highly recommend!

Before using Senate we had a huge bug issue in our backyard, especially during the hot summer months. Since working with them, we have not had any bug issues! The technicians are always on times, polite and respectful. The office staff is always pleasant when I call and they are understanding when I need to reschedule. I highly recommend them for any of your pest needs.
