When two large brown bats flew through the house one night, we started calling every business we could find on Google to come help us. Nobody was open at night, but the next morning companies started returning our frantic messages. Multiple companies said they could not even be bothered for a job as small as removing two bats from our dining room and bathroom where we had trapped them. A few companies said they could come, but not for 2 to 4 weeks. WEEKS! I guess they thought we could just live with two bats flying around the house for a month. Smithereen not only made time for us immediately, but Dylan took the time to explore the full attic, basement, our eaves, and all around the house for possible entrance points. He identified trees in the yard where bats were likely congregating and helped us identify the difference between bird sounds and bat sounds coming from the trees around the house. He explained how bats function, why they get into houses, and really tried to make us feel that our house was now safe and bat-free. He went above and beyond and we will absolutely be contacting Smithereen and requesting Dylan if we have any other pest or wildlife removal issues.

Paul has been servicing our home for about 3 years now! He does a great job and is so nice. My toddler kids and dog love him, too! We mainly use Smithereen for preventative measures but when we have had a problem, they always come in a timely manner and follow up to make sure the problem is solved.
