I had the pleasure of having Emily come to my home for the first time for pest control service, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment she arrived, she was incredibly kind, professional, and understanding of our situation. I live with my 83-year-old mother, and Emily was extremely patient, taking the time to explain the entire process in a way that put us at ease.

Matt was our technician, and he was outstanding! Matt did a Termite Inspection since we are selling our home, and he also gave us an estimate on a crawl space Fungus Treatment. Matt was punctual; thorough, he explained everything to us. Matt gave us a fair quote for treatment, and was very nice, friendly and respectful of our property-he wore booties every time he entered the home. Would definitely recommend Southern Peat Control and also their wonderful Tech, Matt.
Matt arrived on time. He greeted me with a smile and he asked, How I was doing? Then, he proceeded to tell me what he was there to do and the procedure. Plus, Matt informed me that he would spray outside and he asked whether I would like him to spray indoors too. Matt, offered full pest control services. After, he looked under my house, the crawl space, he gave a full report of his findings. I appreciated Matt informing me of the process he was performing and his findings. He was very efficient.
