Was very considerate and patient while I cleaned off the windowsills from clover mites before he sprayed. They are a real problem in our windows that face east and south. Alex Gentges was very nice and gracious and considerate as I walked in through the house. We use him for our guest house as well as our home.
I love the service that Steve’s provides. I have the 5-star and it is better than I could have imagined! All the technicians I have met have been very courteous and knowledgeable, going above and beyond with my requests and coming back out as needed. The two I have been most satisfied with are Adel N. and Alex G. My service transitioned this year from Adel to Alex and it was seamless. Adel made sure Alex knew the preferences about my account and Alex was reliable and professional, and true to his word regarding schedules and was on time.
I recommend this service and hope I can keep Alex G. as my technician for a while!
We have had the 5 Star Advantage program for over 10 years now – ever since Steve and Kevin M came to do an evaluation to take care of our brown recluse issue. Since then, we’ve had a couple termite colonies eliminated and no longer have brown recluse. Over the years, we’ve had great service from Justin, Lance, Bernie, Spencer, and Nick. I always enjoy getting to talk to the office staff – especially Coral. Couldn’t be happier with our service and bug free home.
The past several years, Steve’s Pest Control has treated our home for insects inside and outside. They have also applied an exterior ground treatment to control ticks and chiggers the past couple of years. We have been very satisfied with their service and their employees. This year and last, Miles treated our home and yard. He is polite, works efficiently, and is very thorough.
