Justin found the issue with birds getting into my attic and explained in detail any damage he saw. He walked me through the plan to fix the issues and even added some repairs to possible rodent entry points I wasn’t aware of. He was very courteous and helpful. Thank you for a great job. I’ll rest easier no longer hearing little birds in the attic!
Wow! I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The team at Summit Pest was responsive and flexible with my schedule when setting up an appointment. They arrived on time and Justin was a master at his trade. I learned a lot of interesting things about Ants and how they operate. He also gave me tips on effectively filling my rat bait traps using sandwich bags to keep the slugs away.. because once the slugs get to the bait, the rats want nothing to do with it. They HATE the slug trails.. (who would’ve known?? ) Well…. JUSTIN knew! I highly recommend Summit Pest if you’re looking for a great locally owned company. They are my Go-To from now on!

I had a serious problem with skunks living under my deck/patio slab at my Tigard home. Justin did a terrific job of explaining how the removal of skunks works, what it entails, and how they are ultimately dispatched. I felt satisfied that the entire process was as humane as possible. The cost of the initial service was very reasonable as well as the follow-up removal of trapped animals. I highly recommend Summit Pest Management for consultation and pest removal. I found them to be courteous, friendly and highly professional. If need be I’ll gladly use their services again.
