A couple weeks ago we worked with Robert for the initial visit for odorous house ants and All Pest Protection. He was great and thorough in treating all our problem areas.
Today, we worked with Hunter for a follow up visit and he was great to work with as well! Very fast and efficient.

The technicians, John and Savoy, who take care of our pest issues are pleasant to work with. When I have questions or requests, they are quick to address them. To be honest, they are the main reasons I stay with Sunrise Pest Management. The second reason is the customer service I have received when I need to suspend service and restart service. No hassles, no issues with contracted services, just a “Okay, we’ll do that” attitude.
The pest issues I have had were eliminated. We recently found out how large the problem was when we had our house resided. It also explained the issue that had me contacting them in the first place.
The first picture is from a decorative bump-out that we decided to have removed. I knew we had wasps flying in and out around the top of our living room windows back in 2020, but we couldn’t pinpoint where they were at. Enter Savoy and, later, John. They made sure to get insecticide anywhere that could have a problem. The nests had been dead for a couple of years. No one was injured by any wasp while doing the siding and fixing a portion of our roof (second picture) where wasps had got in after we removed the sunroom in 2021.
I’ve been using Sunrise Pest since moving into this house in 2007 and am very happy with the cooperation I get from them. Their techs are very skilled and they listen to my concerns. We have a flying pest issue once a year (boxelders) and the only way to handle it is by going up on a ladder and spraying around all the peaks, vents, windows and doors, sliding glass doors on deck, and with a heavy emphasis on the porch and front door areas. I feel very comfortable that we have a good solution now. There’s no way I would switch companies at this point.
Sunrise has been servicing our commercial buildings for over ten years. I’ve come to rely on and appreciate their non-intrusive, professional and proactive services for rodent control. They have always been responsive and effective for the occasional extra calls when insects become an issue. Thank you!
