Christian is very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough in his service. I’m glad he brought up the monthly maintenance program, as I quickly joined. Pest free home for a year!

If you’re considering signing up new service with them. You need to be careful. When I schedule a technician visit through their chat bot, I was under the impression it would be complimentary—someone come over, take a look so they can give me an accurate estimate. There was NO mention of any charge via my chat with the bot, or the text message confirmation. At the end of the technician visit, I was told I needed to pay $250. for a 15 minute consultation. I’m fine with paying people for the service they provide, but I’m happy about the fact that the cost is not upfront. And $250 seems a bit overpriced imo. But if you live in a big mansion, and make half a million dollar a year. Sure.
Kenneth was very professional and thorough. He explained everything that he was going to do before and after he completed our Treatment.
