Dan always contacts me before the scheduled service time and he asks me if I’ve seen anything that needs to be addressed each time. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about addressing pest control. I truly appreciate that he turns off the lights downstairs before he leaves the area and that is very helpful to me as it’s difficult for me to get up and down the stairs. Dan is an excellent technician and warns me ahead of time about issues in the yard. Thank you, Dan!!!
Dan Williams has been a fantastic applicator for us! We have been with Terminex for several years and Dan has always been our applicator and we have been bug free since he started! Dan Williams is very attentive to our unique problems, which are mice, as well as taking care of any other pests. He is aware of my dogs and grandchildren, and knows how concerned I am about the placement of chemicals. He is respectful to each member of my family. Dan is both friendly and professional. I had Chris Gama coming for the inspection, and he was amazing. He’s answered all my questions and help me with anything about the pest control. He even helped me after they did the heat treat he still helped me with any questions I have he gets right back to me. I highly recommend chris and terminix thank you
