Rick is great. He takes time to listen to me and my wife. He answers our questions about pests and the treatment. He also gives us tips and suggestions on what to look for so we know how to spot pests and tells us to just call and he will take care of them. He is has been with us since we started with Terminex we trust him and his advice.
Mike Verzi was very professional, efficient and armed with jokes…and of course the goods to keep the critters away.
Not only did he show up on time, but he explained everything in a way that even my kids could understand (and laugh at)

Our provider Ricky has been servicing our home for a while now. He is always attentive to where we’ve seen insects in past and goes above and beyond to ensure they don’t recur.
Mike Verzi from Terminix was great: no sales pitch, helped mitigate the ant problem, and was just generally a nice guy. Refreshing to deal w someone normal and friendly!
