Terminix was well represented by Aiden and he took the time to explain what he was doing to eliminate our termites and showed me how even the outside was protected now from any new infestations. We were so happy with the job he did and how respectful he was on a brutally hot day. Definitely a five star representative.
TJ, and Kyle from (CowBell) the sister company with Terminex and Jacquees and Ott from (Terminex) were professional, thorough, had a good work ethic, as well as pleasant and polite in answering my questions and concerns… perfect in every way when doing the cross seal around the house (TJ and Kyle) and the crawl space under the house (Johquees and Ott) perfect in everyway. Abdullah (Mngr) stayed in constant communication with me regarding the jobs and Jeremy the QA person came out to check their work and was very pleased as well with the quality of work that was done. I highly recommend Terminix for crawl space work and Cowbell the sister company for crawl seal services around the house A++++ all the way. I couldn’t be any happier with the work these fine men did!!! Jobs well done!!!!
