    In late 2022 I had my entire attic insulation redone due to a mice infestation- or so I thought. This also included sealing all entry points and new vents on the outside of the home. I started having mice issues again a couple of weeks ago. I had a different company come to complete pest control, and they brought several things to my attention that did not seem right. After having an inspector look at the insulation, they took photos of mouse droppings. I got out my old photos of the terminix inspection and the mouse droppings are exactly the same in the exact same area in one part of the attic, according to the inspector. The insulation looks to be my old insulation as well. In addition, vents were not properly installed on the outside of my home, and I paid for exclusion service check ins to fix this as needed, which was not done. I feel as if multiple people are not doing their jobs correctly, and I have photographic evidence that the service I paid for, I likely did not receive. If you have Terminix do your work, I recommend requiring detailed photos and descriptions and to question everything. I recommend going with a more detail-oriented company who will not cut corners. EDIT: See photos of my inspection from 2022 and my own photos taken in the attic today, 1/30/25. This is after a supposed full dsv to the attic

    I had Terminix seal my house a few months ago due to a mouse infestation. After they sealed the house, I did not see any signs at all of mice and have not seen any since.

    Andrew treats my house for ants spiders, etc. and he is always very professional and calls ahead of time to let me know he’s coming. I have three dogs so that is important to me so I can keep them inside. I am very happy with the service I get from Andrew and the service I’ve received from Terminix in general

    I reached out in December 3, 2024 to get an estimate on an exclusion service for my home. It was scheduled for a week or so later. They came and proceeded to put spray foam around my home and none of the sheet metal repairs that I was told would be done and then I was told that they did not have the ladders needed at that time and they would return. In the meantime, the squirrel chewed right through the foam and was back in. I called, text and left messages with no response through December. I finally call the toll free number and find out the tech manager was on FMLA and my service was just in limbo. During that time, the squirrel got from the attic to the basement and I was told that anything stuck in my home was my issue and was told to read my contract. I did and pointed out to the CSR that was not agreed to and later that day, had 3 of their techs in my home setting up traps. After this, we had snow which made it impossible to set up ladders to my home and I understood. The snow finally melted and I called for an appointment and said any day but Wednesday. They call to schedule and say they will be their on Wednesday, I accept cause I want it done. I go to look at their work the next day and the repairs we discusses were still not done. I wanted to be there for the repairs but they picked the one day of the week that I would not be able to which is odd.
    I text the main tech, no response, I call no answer. I text the branch manager and no response. I finally call back in to the toll free number on 2/14 and they advised I will hear back on 2/18 to get something scheduled. During this entire experience, the communication and follow through of this company has been less than ideal for all items except one, their demands for payment were never delayed. If I could go back to December, I would never have went with this company. Choose wisely because $2,500 for spray foam is what they are offering when they say they will seal up all entrances bigger than a finger tip.

    2/23 update sent email requested on 2/19 and no response. Guess this is to be expected with them.

    Pros: The technicians are very nice.

    Cons: We paid $2500 to have a mouse problem taken care of. It also came with a 2 year guarantee. Well, 6 months later, we still have a mouse problem, and I cannot for the life of me get someone to come out to my house and actually address it. I only get the runaround on the phone from corporate. They have no idea what type of technician to send, so they send me technicians who cannot help. And the local contacts absolutely suck at responding and getting anything done.

    Absolute waste of money AND my time/phone calls. You are better of taking care of it yourself.
