UPDATE AT BOTTOM
Called to pay a bill 2 months after the service, I was told the service would be charged automatically after completion (that’s why they ask for you credit card info right?). Asked to speak with a supervisor, was told I’d be placed on hold but was hung up on.
When I finally called back and got ahold of a manager I discovered that they went ahead and charged my card after I was hung up on. Still fighting this to try to recoup some of the cost from a spray that has ants still in my sink. The kicker is I may not even get any money back after this whole ordeal.
I can not recommend this company to anyone. Find a local pest control company that’s going to be 1/3 of the price and isn’t run by corporate bureaucracy and greed.
Edit 4/8: Apparently a conference in Florida is more important than taking care of customers. Just spoke to a manager there who was going to offer me more service which I declined. He was completely unaware I had been charged $260 without authorization. He can’t do anything about it until a regional manager is back from a conference in Florida on FRIDAY. He also stated “we will see what we can do about a refund on that” meaning I probably won’t see a dime back on a useless spray. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Paid for exclusion service to get rid of rodents. One guy came out twice and said he would need to send someone else out for exclusion. Third trip, the sprayed foam under deck. Not even 2 months later and rats were back in basement ceiling. Have tried to get them to come back out and they do not return calls.
I have been with terminal next for over six months now The first time they came out, it wasn’t for what I needed them for it was for something else. As small thanks, I’m not the problem. I was having in my home period they came out. They did a little more. You know? Work but still what my problem was was not taking care of again. They came out again. Turn my whole home upside down. You know, for now, 4 months now. Already complained to them. They brought out another tag and still did not take care of my issue period I had a technician call me last night.Tell me that they’re coming today at 9:45 in the morning, but when I called them at 815 to cancel, dad already came and only did the outside and not my inside period I call to cancel and I get argued with treated disrespectfully telling me it’s my expectations that didn’t get meeted.No because it was their expectations that they promised me that would be resolved and did not get resolved at all As a problem is still on my home. As it was 6 months ago period they did so great. The first time they came out over, you know, 3 or 4 years ago and I thought that they were the best and now I don’t know what’s going on with this team but they are unorganized. No, communication. I was told that I would have free person come out with a manager. Why wasn’t that offered to me? Oh, let’s say 4 months ago when I called and complained the first time period I do not deserve to have A. Debate match with the representative to cancel my services since they won’t do what I hired them to do so of course, I’m firing you and divorcing you because you’re not doing what you promised me which was get rid of my problem in my home which is still here.
I have had Terminix since 2007 and they come out and do what needs to be done. I have had no problem with them. They are very professional and courtesy. Matt is very helpful and polite.
Matt has been my technician for years now and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy. Just good friendly service.
