Had an estimate done on a Tuesday with Keith for active termites in my basement. He was advised I had to move in this home before April 30th. He told me he would get me on the schedule that Friday, April 11. Friday came and went with NO communication from anyone. My texts and calls when unanswered. I called the 800 # and a rep told me that I was not on the schedule for the 11th but instead the following Tuesday. Sure, Tuesday comes, Cody and another technician came and did a great job but notified me that they’d have to come back. That’s when Nick was called. I was then advised that they couldn’t come back out until the NEXT THURSDAY, April 24th. Well, today came and went, again with calls and texts going unanswered. I truly am not sure why answering a text or just having simple communication with a customer is so hard. At this point, I’m at a loss. Do your research before committing to a company because this is absolutely horrible to deal with!
It was service outside of my regularly scheduled quarterly service. I discovered my kitchen was being infiltrated by ants. Landon came and baited for the ants inside the house and sprayed outside the house on that visit now approximately 10 days later he called to see if he was successful. I told him there were a few ants still by the kitchen sink. He returned again re-baited where they were coming in and then he thoroughly retreated the outside. Service above and beyond!!!
London was so great. Did everything I asked them to do. Even went inside and sprayed my basement clean the spider webs off my house. I would recommend him to all my neighbors.
Landen provides the best service I have ever received from any company. He is always available to answer questions when needed and provides quick and efficient protection to my home! He truly keeps me from having to put any thought into protecting my home from insects and rodents.
Kevin ia a wonderful tech. He always explains what he is doing. Had an ant issue a few weeks ago. He baited, they came, left and have not seen since.
