Jeff has taken care of us for several years now. Toler Pest Control is the only company we’ve used (and we’ve used all the big names) that keeps the pests away. Not only are they good at what they do, they’re honest and trustworthy and they’re fairly priced. They don’t try to lock you into a contract either. Highly recommended!!
I have been using Toler Pest Control for a couple of months now, and I am really happy with the service so far! Kenny has been helpful in targeting areas where mice might get into my home, and he is always responsive to texts and easy to schedule with. Compared to the chain pest control companies, I really appreciate that Toler makes it easy to only pay for what I need, rather than pushing a subscription that includes services I am not interested in.
Toler Pest Control is awesome. The place I rent through uses them and they were the highlight of my leasing period. When I reported some issues, Toler got back with me the same day. I wasn’t able to come to the phone and they actually shot me a text, which I really appreciated.
Then, I appreciated how clear the communication was. He told me exactly what he was going to do, what I needed to do to prepare, when I needed to be out of the apartment. He came in, did what needed to be done, and then updated me afterward.
And, they follow up. We had a mouse problem and they set some bait and check it regularly. They’re on top of it.
He really knows his stuff. He taught me what to look out for and what to be concerned about. Seriously, they’re the best!
