He made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly. I felt really well taken care of. If you can ask for Julian then do it, I totally recommend him. He definitely cares about the job he does and makes sure his work is up to your standards. I am glad he gets assigned to my property, I am beyond happy with their services and technician.
I had an excellent experience with Urbanex Pest Control. David, the service technician, was incredibly professional, thorough, and friendly. He took the time to carefully treat all the problem areas around my home and even cleaned up cobwebs in my garage. Larry, the sales representative, patiently explained the details of the pest infestation and helped me understand what was going on around the house. David did our first service today. He was extremely professional and courteous. He allowed our 4 year old daughter to follow him around until he started using his spray gun. She was happy that the “bug man” answered all her questions.
