Valor has one of the best customer service models I’ve seen in a long time. Jennifer was incredible with immediate follow up to my inquiry, answering all kinds of questions in a short period of time and personalizing my conversation while educating me on their services. She also gave me many options to maximize discounts. Josh was my service tech – incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and was quick to complete his work. Overall, Valor’s communication and service was top notch!
We just changed service companies, and after only two applications, can truly see a difference! Even with the heat lately, no bugs, no bites…everything has been amazing. Marcus is the BEST! He’s so knowledgable about our landscaping, and where insects live/breed, etc. He knows exactly which parts of our Boulder walls, planting beds, etc are most important to apply to for the best control. I would recommend Marcus and Valor…true professionals!
Today was my first time using Valor Pest Solutions, and I was super impressed with the amount of care given! Josh Gustafson spent almost 1 1/2 hours, knocking down bugs, spider webs, wasp hives; adding granular and sprays around the foundation and throughout the yard, as well as some care inside the house and garage. It was a really hot day, but Josh was quick, professional and thorough (he was also very nice)! Josh still had 7 other stops to do, but not one single complaint!
I was very happy with the customer service we received from Valor. I called the company before our service to inquire about the formulas used as I am wary about chemicals being used inside our home. I spoke to a very patient employee who went above and beyond in explaining the indoor formula is plant based and non-toxic. Josh was our technician and did an amazing job! He was extremely nice and knowledgeable in what needed to be done for our home.
