Melody was amazing! Very friendly, informative and on time. She gave me all the details on what she was doing and then after she provided me a run down summary of her findings. Very happy with my service and the all around customer service from the time of my inquiry to get pest services done, to the phone call getting it set up with the gal who was very knowledgeable of the products and how it is used while also providing me discounts!(who doesn’t love to save money) to having Melody show up ready to bust out some Ants, Spiders, Bees, Bugs and even getting down low in my crawl space. Thank you for doing the job I don’t want to do! You guys are great!
We have been using Vertex for years and couldn’t be more happy with their product and customer service! We live in the foothills and NEVER have bug issues. We never see any spiders in our home and that’s a major win for us. Timothy has been coming to our house for the services for the last few years and he is so kind, so friendly and knowledgeable. He always reminders our special needs and instructions too. I always recommend Vertex to people in need of these services and will continue to do so!
I LOVE this company! They have absolutely some of the most wonderful people working here. Every experience with their employees is a joy! I’ve had vertex for years now and they’ve moved with me (3x) and I can say without a doubt both locations (treasure valley and burley) are wonderful to work with. 20/10 recommend to anyone who is looking for pest control. I had a positive experience with Vertex on my initial treatment. The Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The visit was 30-40 minutes in total. I was impressed with how thorough the treatment was, and was pleased that the Technician checked in with me when he was finished to see if I had any questions or concerns.
Best customer service! Robby comes promptly at the same time every three months. He is courteous, mindful and an absolute blessing and I am always pleased to see him when I’m home, and equally pleased to see his name on the service completed flier on my door.
