My experience with vertex was fantastic. Their program was laid out to me in full detail by Ryan. He explained the rates and their follow up. He was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. Ian My technician called me to let me know he was coming. He explained what I had paid for and what he was going to do. He was very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this company for your pest issues.
After receiving some recommendations on pest control in the area I called Vertex and they were able to answer all my questions and get a technician scheduled within a few days. Robert came to the house today and was very clear and communicated well. He went over my service agreement, shared what he would be doing, informed me about the types of products he’d be using, what I can expect in the next few weeks, and when they’d be coming back. Then he did a thorough inspection of the house and completed everything, then went over everything with me again. I’m impressed with and grateful for the clarity in communication, expectations, and thoroughness of the whole experience.

Did a great job. Took care of all issues of concern. Finally ran through what was serviced today and asked if I had any questions. They do a good job at controlling bugs and spiders. Have a voles problem that they are working on, so three weeks into it have found three dead voles. They thoroughly explained, this could take some time and is not a fast process. I look forward to finally getting rid of these pests. They are very good at what they do and will answer all your question honestly.
